Registration Options and Fee Schedule

Delegates who register online before March 5, 2011

• To receive your official CERAWeek photo badge and credentials along with important program details and logistical information, please visit the CERAWeek Registration area onsite in Houston located on the Lobby level at the Hilton Americas beginning Monday March 7th at 9AM.
• Please provide a government issued photo ID to confirm your identity
• Arrive early: Please plan to arrive at CERAWeek Registration early to pick up your badge and agenda and avoid missing the opening sessions. Delegates will not be admitted to the conference space without a valid CERAWeek photo badge.

CERAWeek Registration hours:

Delegates who register online after 11:59pm EST March 4, 2011 OR on-site in Houston

• Please be advised that entry into the conference venue is not automatically guaranteed.
• Upon arrival at the Hilton Americas Hotel, please report to the CERAWeek Registration area in the Lobby.
• IHS CERA will require delegates to provide two (2) forms of valid identification including a government-issued driver’s license or passport and a business card.

Delegates may be asked additional questions to verify their identity either by a senior IHS CERA staff person or one of your colleagues who is already registered and credentialed on site in Houston. This may delay your entry into the conference venue.
