Future Energy Leaders

The Future Energy Leader program is a cross-industry community that runs in parallel to CERAWeek. Members of this program engage in learning, dialogue and networking opportunities at the conference. Chosen by virtue of their high potential as future leaders of the industry, participants form a unique community. The Future Energy Leaders program cultivates exceptional individuals from companies, policy, academic institutions and NGOs to help empower them to meet current and future energy challenges. The program offers opportunities to interact with peers and partake in thought leadership discussions led by prominent executives and officials throughout the week. Future Energy Leaders are connected to one another post CERAWeek via a LinkedIn Alumni Network.

In addition to attending CERAWeek, participants will join Future Energy Leader content sessions and exclusive networking receptions.

Criteria for the Future Energy Leaders program is as follows:

• Has a record of extraordinary achievement 
• Recognized as a leader with potential for a substantial leadership role in the future
