The Professional Development Program (PDP) is committed to cultivation of rising talent, offering learning and networking opportunities with peers and the opportunity to engage in thought leadership discussions with prominent executives. The program kicks off the weekend prior to CERAWeek and offers an immersive career development experience. The curriculum examines energy from global perspectives including geopolitics, economics, energy transition and operational excellence. Led by Harvard Business School Professor Forest Reinhardt, participants engage in a series of deep-dive case studies and lectures designed to build leadership skills and strategic thinking. 

You get different points of view in how you tackle different challenges. You have that diversity of experience that comes in and you are really able to solve a problem in a significantly effective way than you would have if you were working on your own.
