Media Registration Guidelines

All members of the media interested in attending CERAWeek 2025 are required to apply for accreditation. 

As always, the CERAWeek Media Relations Team is happy to provide a designated media work room as part of our conference-wide efforts to make journalists’ experiences convenient and productive at the conference. 

CERAWeek 2025 Media Work Room Amenities:

  • Fully-staffed Media Work Room adjacent to the CERAWeek Briefing Room 
  • Television monitors with closed-circuit video of conference sessions 
  • Wi-Fi internet access 
  • Food and beverages 
  • Audio mult box 

Due to space limitations, CERAWeek reserves the right to impose a limit on the number of registrations for certain organizations, as may be required. Registrations are not transferable.

Applications are subject to approval.

Guidelines and Attribution Policy for Registered Journalists at CERAWeek

CERAWeek Acknowledgment Policy

S&P Global requires that CERAWeek be mentioned in all reports related to its events.

All mentions of the conference should use “CERAWeek by S&P Global” as the conference name for the first mention in each news story (whether print, web or broadcast) and then refer to the conference name as “CERAWeek” for any subsequent mentions within the same news story.
